RETURNS POLICY

Returns:

We accept returns of products in new condition with all tags attached for store credit only. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Sale items, including those purchased with a discount code, are final sale and not eligible for return. Items that are worn or stained will not be accepted.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it first and then make a new purchase with the store credit provided. For any concerns about returning your product, contact our customer service team.

Sale Items:

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned. For questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact our customer support team and review our size chart before placing your order.

Return Process:

To return an item, contact our customer support team at info@jansel.com.au. Our team will assist you and process store credit for eligible items.

Rejected Returns:

Items not in original condition, packaging, or with tags and panty liners intact, or that have stains/soiling, will be shipped back to you at your expense. We cannot issue store credits for these items. A $10 return shipping fee will apply.
